Coincidence

I heard the definition of coincidence over 10 years ago and believe it is true. As I see it, a COINCIDENCE is when something happens where God chooses to remain anonymous. Kind of like when you are on your way somewhere and you get 10 green lights in a row. Sure you could write that off to luck, but really, 10 in a row? That is God wanting you to get where you are going safely and less stressed. Also, say you are looking for something in your house (like your keys) and a thought comes to your mind to check the dishwasher. Really, would you check the dishwasher usually? No, but God doesn't want you to be stressed out looking for days for your keys, knowing that you would ruin you keyfob if you ran the dishwasher with them in it. (Yea, thanks to Luke for putting them in there to begin with! I sure didn't do it!) Another example comes from a former manager of mine. He was driving his motorcycle and was at a stop sign. He went to go and the motorcycle choked. He had never choked his motorcycle. As he tried to start it back up, an 18 wheeler blew through the intersection without stopping. Even 15 years later, he can recall that THAT was God's hand. Coincidences can be major like that or minor like meeting someone at a store that needed to talk. I think when we are looking for what God is doing, we notice a whole lot more 'coincidences' and attribute less to 'luck'.
*** God IS GOOD!***
