Getting to Know You - Christmas Edition

1. Wrapping paper or gift bags? I like to wrap.
2. Real tree or Artificial? Since I've been married, real. Growing up it was always artificial.
3. When do you put up the tree? Whenever I can talk John into it.
4. When do you take the tree down? The day before the trash guy comes to get it.
5. Do you like eggnog? NO
6. Favorite gift received as a child? Strawberry Shortcake - she blew strawberry kisses
7. Hardest person to buy for? My dad
8. Easiest person to buy for? Natalie - she's a Hello Kitty freak. ANYTHING Hello Kitty!!
9. Do you have a nativity scene? LOTS. I leave a few up all the time and others just at Christmas.
10. Mail or email Christmas cards? Mail, earlier the better! Also, I LOVE getting Christmas cards in the mail!
11. Favorite Christmas movie? A Christmas Story
12. Favorite Christmas book? The Bible
13. When do you start shopping for Christmas? Serious shopping? Early December.
14. Have you ever recycled a Christmas present? UMM, yes.
15. Favorite thing to eat at Christmas? Spiral Sliced Honey-Baked Ham
16. Lights on the tree? Colored, but I prefer clear
17. Favorite Christmas song? Little Drummer Boy
18. Travel at Christmas or stay at home? stay home
19. Can you name all of Santa's reindeer? Yep
20. Angel on the tree top or a star? Angel holding a start
21. Open the presents Christmas Eve or morning? With my mom-Christmas Eve. With my kids - Christmas Day. With my dad-day after Christmas
22. Most annoying thing about this time of the year? The commercialism of Christmas
23. What theme or color are you using? Good ole red and white....
24. Favorite for Christmas dinner? Queso and hot chocolate on Christmas Eve. The ham or turkey on Christmas - John cooks, so it is ALWAYS good!
25. What do you want for Christmas this year? For my children to really get what Christmas is all about...
